On 9 July 2013, National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission (NBTC) signing a memorandum in agreement to promote academic collaboration by K.Takorn Tantasit, Secretary of the Board and Prof.Dr. Sakkarin Phummirat, president of KMUTT at NBTC meeting room, Paholyothin Soi 8. Before signing, Dr.Sethapong Malisuwan was the plenary speaker on the topic of NBTC and communication development and Prof.Dr.Sakkarin Phummirat, president of KMUTT was the plenary speaker on the topic of KMUTT Learning in Globalization. ISTRS took part in the process of collaboration aiming at collaborate in research and industrial development, communication including experiences and academic exchange. This is important for supporting network extension and learning together in order to develop communication industrial and pave the way for strong basement in Thailand.
