On 24 July 2013, ISTRS held Effective Listening Skills Course for the officers. The plenary speaker was Ass.Prof.Niti Buranachan, director of ISTRS. Aiming at understanding the significances of communication that effect organization and personality as well as correctly communication with sender and receiver. Hoping that the officers can bring the knowledge to use in daily life.
