As ISTRS imposed KMUTT startegy plan no.11 from working process in the annual budget 2013, a meeting was hold to review plan and policy of Retreat 1st. in order to follow the working process of each group work and allow officers to understand the structure of administration at the Great Amphawa Resort, Samutsongkorn on 6-7 September 2013. Moreover, we provided the friendship activities between executives and officers by making merit along the river and relaxing after they tired of work.
