On 25 June 2013, Continuing Education Center under ISTRS collaborated with Faculty of Liberal Arts KMUTT testing English for Thai Engineers and Technologists (TETET) to officers of PEA (Provincial Electricity Authority of Thailand). The goals are to test officers for promoting or changing responsibilities. There are 680 persons, testing at KMUTT and outside. Test period is on 25 June- 21 August 2013
